If you would like to pay over a longer period than 6 weeks, please contact me directly. There is a £30 set up and admin fee for payments over a period longer than 6 weeks.
If you’d like other children in the family to use the course materials, I’ll provide full feedback on their assignments, together with phone and email support. The cost per sibling is as follows:

If you are ordering course books, they are usually despatched within 48 hours (sometimes a little longer at busy times). They are sent first class using Royal Mail’s tracked service or an equivalent courier. There is a flat rate packing and shipping fee of £8.65, regardless of the size of your order.
When you enrol and pay for one of my courses there is no hanging around - you get immediate access to all the materials in downloadable PDF format so you can make a start straight away! (Printed books arrive within a few days.) So my refund policy has to reflect that there isn’t anything you can return! That said, I appreciate that circumstances can change so if you do change your mind within two weeks of accessing the course I will give you a refund minus a charge of £50 for the materials you have received. If you have a book and return it in pristine condition, that will also be refunded.
